Return Policy
We want to thank you for shopping with us at The Salt Society. Our goal is for you to love your items, as well as your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it for a store credit less the cost of shipping (certain items excluded)*. We do not offer refunds.
In order to qualify for a store credit, you must meet the following requirements:
- The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of your receiving it.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- All items must be free from odors or stains of any kind.
- All items must be un-worn and in their original condition.
If all of the above criteria is not met, we have the right to return the item to you, with shipping costs at your expense.
Items that do not qualify for return/store credit:
- All Sale/marked down items
- All items that are listed as ‘Final Sale’
- Gift cards
- Any item that the customer has had over 7+ days from the order delivery date
When sending back a (qualified) item, be sure to send insured and trackable, as we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. Once a return is considered to be qualifying, the shipping address will be provided.
